Stella O is a Greek multidisciplinary artist and graphic designer, working on painting, sculpture and installation.
She is using fashion and press photography as the starting point of her work and she employs the body form to show a multi-layered psychological state of her protagonists. In her sculptures and installations, the connection to her heritage is evident and she often links elements of myths to her visual narrative. She loves portrait sketching.
Her work has been exhibited in various art spaces, including the Courtauld Institute of Art, Somerset House. She has been a practising artist since 2007. Among others, she has worked as artist assistant for the Israeli artist Zadok Ben David, widely acclaimed for his sculptures, installations, and public artworks.
Currently, her time is divided between graphic design and visual arts, specialising in branding, visual identity and illustration.
She lives and works in London.
